A workshop for future-fit talent

Denholm Associates is one of Scotland’s top recruiters, with a reputation for knowing sh*t hot creatives. Having been connected for many years, I was thrilled to deliver a creative workshop for their Digital Content Producer, focusing on multimedia visuals and social strategy.

Client: Denholm Associates

Services: Training, strategy, operations

Contract: Freelance

Year: 2022

Lesson plan

Before delivering the content workshop, I spoke with the senior team about the overall goals. This was followed with a call with the (very talented!) creative in question, where I put together a lesson plan based on the following:

Content Workshop

Off I popped to Denholm’s offices on the sunny shores of Leith, jumping into our packed lesson plan. After a chin wag, we dove into a hands-on workshop, covering static and motion visuals plus a mini session on strategy.

Follow-up

I followed up with structured notes, listing key outcomes and tips for each skill/software we covered. On top of this, I spoke with the senior team to ensure everything was covered.

Outcomes

In addition to a lovely testimonial below, the client went on to truly wow me in how quick they actioned the tips provided. The social channels are on-point and video content is *chefs kiss*.
