Harviestoun Brewery
A series of product shots for Harviestoun Brewery, balancing out studio limitations with top-tier editing and retouching.
What do you get when you pair a wannabe Satanist with a Christian homelessness charity? Great work, apparently! Working together to deliver an atypical annual report, I was happy to put my design and editing skills to tell truly interesting stories.
Client: Bethany Christian Trust
Services: Design, retouching, copy editing
Contract: Freelance
Agency: Teviot
Year: 2019
Working towards art direction provided by Teviot, I was thrilled to deliver an annual report that focused on human-interest stories (rather than pure financials and business updates).
I chose to prioritise full-page photography, segmented by clean brand elements. I also polished up the copy, ensuring a balance between the layouts and body text. I also drew all the infographics.
The clients were chuffed to bits with the outcome. Best of all? So were the people featured. Off the back of some 'social media freebies' I threw in, the client soon requested social media training too.
In addition to providing the print artwork and co-ordinating with the printer, I also provided an interactive PDF for digital distribution. I also supplied social imagery for each of the stories and key graphics for linking to the report.
